Exercise is central to a healthy lifestyle. A reasonable goal is to walk 30 minutes per day 4-5 days per week. Studies also show that exercise with others and/or keeping a log of activity is effective to help us stay motivated. Therefore, we would like to encourage all to register at to log your activity.
