On Sabbath, October 26 the the curtains came down on the Fayette and Fairburn Evangelistic Series. At the end of the humor-filled yet soul-searching sermon of Evangelist Gary James, two individuals were baptized bringing the total number to seven.
The meetings which lasted two weeks began on Sabbath, October 12, and continued Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings at 7:00 pm. On Sabbaths, two meetings were held, one during the divine service and the other at 5:30 pm. Each meeting was filled with soul-stirring music, quizzes, special features on a range of topics, prizes and surprises, power-packed sermons, and petitions to the throne room of grace.
